All the production units are based in Azzate, Italy: they consist of 8 facilities of more then 7000 sqm equipped with state-of-the -art machinery
WHAT AND HOW WE PRODUCE
Our Company is specialized in the manufacturing of POP items and everything used to highlight and advertise the product in the point of sale. Our wide range of products includes leaflet holders, hostess desks, prongs, accessories to assemble displays (buttons, rivets, clips), up to the complete display and many customisations options can be provided .Goods can be packed and codified to meet the logistic needs of the client's company.
BY WHAT MEANS
We are specialized in communication.By means of all the processing techniques of the plastic field we are able to produce either a wide range of finished and complementary goods to corrugated, metal or plastic items.Thanks to our equipment made of injection moulding and extrusion machinery, cutting and bending units, laser, CNC , die-cutting, imprint and many more we are able to offer not only a standard product but also a customised service.All the production cycle is made in-house: we process raw materials from the original state of powder,grains and sheets up to the finished goods
CREATION
From an original idea and with the help of state-of-the art computer systems we develop new items emphasizing the design and the innovative features.
MOULDING DESIGN
All the phases of moulding design are made by our internal staff which has more then 25 years of experience in the field of plastic materials and related production techniques
PROTOTYPES
From the analysis of the client requirement we build a prototype by means of advanced technolgies like stereolitography and 3D printing so the new product can be evaluated and tested
MOULD MANUFACTURING
We cooperate with trusted and experienced partners for the production of injection moulds and extrusion dies
INJECTION MOULDING
In order to meet client requirements , a wide range of press machinery that goes from 90 to 300 tons is available allowing us to match a wide range of needs
EXTRUSION
Extrusion is one of our main strengths and our flexible plants can be quickly adapted to the market demand
CUTTING AND BENDING
A wide range of operations can be performed on many different materials as well polishing
Machinery available:
-Laser for accurate cutting of materials like PMMA or PETG
-Computer numerical control (CNC) tools complementary to laser in case of diagonal cutting or the processing of thicker materials
-Presses and semi-automatic die-cutters to cut thinner materials or large-scale orders
as well polishing
Rotary die-cutters machinery are available to process soft materials and produce items like foam pads or hang tabs
DIGITAL PRINT
Large size digital printers (water,solvent and UV) allow to customise our items with the client logos in order to increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
OFFSET AND SCREEN PRINT
On demand , offset and screen printing are available through a network of trusted partners
PACKING
Cutting-edge packaging machinery allows to supply the goods in accordance to the client demand in terms of packing and wrapping with the possibility of adding technical description or bar codes
CONVENTIONAL PLASTIC MATERIALS
Oil-based traditional plastics like polystyrene,PVC or ABS are used in the manufacturing of products that require features of resistance to heat,flame and impact
RECYCLED OR REGENERATED PLASTICS
Designer Club has been involved for many years in a comprehensive recycling program of the plastic materials and whenever is possible the use of recycled polystyrene, k-resin, PMMA, PETG and PET.The awareness of the importance of recycling is an aspect of ever-growing importance in our firm
BIODEGRADABLE PLASTICS
On demand , our products can be made in biodegradable plastics capable of being decomposed .We can make samples or prototypes and provide european certification EN ISO 14855 or similar
COMPOSTABLE PLASTICS
We can also process the PLA, a material derived from corn or rice starch that makes our items 100 % compostable.These materials comply to the european rules EN ISO 13432 OR SIMILAR
RENEWABLE ENERGIES
The energy used in our plants is frow renewable sources like solar, wind and hydroelectric. A few years ago we set the target to be using 100% of renewable energy of our power needs : in 2013 we reached this ambitious goal
